Seth Pierce founded OTW Series in Layton, Utah in 2021. Brayden Bybee joined in 2025 to lead operations. Today the company runs as OTW Industries for snow removal, property services, government contracting and light construction, and as OTW Series for event production.
Across 29 projects for property managers like NXT Management, Greystar and ROERS Companies, we've built our business on one idea: show up fast, do it right and earn the renewal.
